Leanne Pearce

Breastfeeding the Brave, a book written by author Lyndsey Hookway, seeks to tackle an under researched area, highlighting the needs and challenges of medically complex infants and children in the paediatric setting. Leanne was commissioned by Lindsay and publishing house Thought Rebellion, to represent the families in the book through portraiture. The 8 portraits help enrich and highlight the stories and circumstances of the families involved in the research.
